to every transaction. Often the dispute turns out to be a simple matter. Somtimes a member expects too much, like getting a used part that is worn... duuh.... Furthermore, once a person's name is added to a blacklist, it is nearly impossible for its removal; even if the offender has been rehabilitated and is presently in good standing with the community. We prefer that disgruntled members first try and work it out with the vendor; when that fails, they post and we judge for ourselves. Sometimes members expect too much and we tell them as much; but often it is obvious the 'other party' is scamming and we make note. If someone is unsure about a transaction, they can search the General Forum for the name and/or the product name. Our motto is Buyer Beware, but also buyer do your due diligence first. gordo
